In my opinion, here's what to watch for. If Perry stays on as an active member of the Board of Directors then likely there will be no "bad news around the corner".

But if he leaves the board, and/or if he stays on temporarily but does a quiet disappearing act two months from now, there is a good likelihood that there is still a "shoe" waiting to drop.

Heard Perry was fired. He had fractured his leg 3 months ago and was off work for an extended period of time. Stock options were also due to vest in the next few months. Lawsuit pending...you can bet on it.
