If the market cooperates they will try. It will be a half haeated try however. IMO.

I see more calls than puts at 17.5 and 20 both.
I doubt there is any incentive to do much of anything with it. Max Pain is 20 but I do not know where the true hedge is.

On weakness, I would expect INTC to close at 17.5 where a fair number of puts at that price should prevent a collapse.

But 17.50 is a collapse to you.
Good luck. You need a rising market and I see no incentive for one with options on QQQ and INTC being where they are.

Perhaps IBM ignites a rally tomorrow.
