Yes, but that chart shows an orderly of moving down to the BSL before the next move. In the case of the Dec futs chart, even the 2 point chart has broken below the BSL, it may be an indication that the spot chart won't hold this time, BWDIK?

Have noticed the same kind of thing with other forms of TA and chart analysis.

If not an outright sell signal, there's often enough bearish evidence of an unfavorable risk reward ratio to discourage entering long positions in gold or gold stocks.

Then, sure enough, there's a good rally.

I've adopted some different tools and modified my trading tactics in the precious metals and PM stocks vs the way I work with other market sectors. And that's helped improve my results.
