Well yeah but I am short BRCM! So even though I agree with your analysis in principle I also believe the market to be a highly unpredictable beast. A beast that has been biting me in the ass a whole lot of the time. Although you have the DJIA figured out for number of down days in a row the NASDAQ and SOX have been having their own little party. It broke up a little early today. Maybe the band will come out and play another set? I agree that MAX Pain has a number of these stocks needing to move upward to live up to its name. RtS
