Thank you for agreeing with the fact that Israel started the 67 War. Now we can move on to the job of dismantling other Zionist myths. Did you read Dayan's (Israel Minister of Defense at the time) documentation that Israel deliberately attacked the Golan simply because they wanted to steal the fertile land. Doesn't that fit the Zionist persona perfectly? Criminal thieves just like the illegal Settlers of today!

The Arabs had assembled their armies at Israel's borders and were preparing to strike. They said they were going to invade. The Israelis just refused to be sitting ducks. Israel said it was going to invade Syria. This was certainly a realistic threat, given Israel's 1956 invasion of Egypt, continuous Israeli aggression into all demilitarized zones since the 1949 truce, and the Israeli commitment to conquering Eretz Israel - i.e. parts of Egypt, Syria, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq). Did you want the Arabs to be sitting ducks? Curiously (strategically?), Israel attacked just when Egypt sent its VP to the U.S. to work out a peace agreement. Also, note that Israeli and U.S. intelligence agreed that Israel would win any war with its neighbors in a week. Certainly, nobody thought there was a threat to Israel. TS for the Arabs. Do you say the same for Jews of the Holocaust? Tom
