Windsock,

He brought up the double penalty if you expense options. They are already expensed in that you reduce eps because of dilution, it you add them to the expense line you double hit eps. Also mentioned balance sheet confusion.

The most impressive thing to me is that he said he had been certifying (I think that was the word he used) Intels reports for eight years, and had absolutely no problem doing this in the future.
