When AMD uses the term "pro forma earnings" w.r.t. FASL, they are simply combining the FASL business with AMD's other businesses as if they were one business.

The GAAP earnings and non-GAAP earnings statement always have exactly the same net income (loss) number. FOr example, for Q1, both numbers are (9,163).

Wish that were Q2's number.
