Arch: Well let's see, telcos (the one's that aren't going bankrupt) are not buying, optical orders are limp to nil, cell phone glut is monumental, semi equips keep seeing the semi producers cut back their cap ex, next gen wireless is experiencing "disappointing" bookings, software is in the tank, and yes, Intel not only misses but says both micro and motherboard unit shipments were down. Looks like an order of magnitude imbalance to the negative side right across the tech board to me. Best, Earlie
