And this somehow makes you feel better? Two important points that probably don't need to be made to most, but here goes: 1) their financials are muddy at best...no one can really decipher what's going on, not even their accountants IMO; 2) they are a Bermuda company that doesn't have to sign off on anything and can get around alot of rules that most other companies have to pay attention to. You may think this is a good thing but you're just too naive to understand the real consequences.
