Yea, I saw VRTS report and thought about your short. Wished I had followed. Today is a mystery. Is it options or is it the market groping for a bottom? I don't know so I'm mainly in cash. Really hate option weeks.

I shorted KLIC yesterday at 12.9 and covered late in the day at 12.1 since they and INTC were reporting. AH KLIC dropped sub 11 so I was bummed. This morning they ran it up to 12.5, letting me back in short. I covered at 11. That trade was more out of spite than anything else. Not a good way to trade, but sometimes, you just gotta put it to them a bit.

If this big gap rolls over, bulls are going to be bummed. Since 8/14 is the due date for 1000 CEOs to pony up, it's hard to get long here. I'm really hoping my indicators don't turn up as I don't want to have to decide what to do about that. Time for a vacation!

Good luck with VRTS. There is a real nice gap to fill.
