Talk with other owners of this breed and get some suggestions but first and foremost, get the dog some training! It's good for the both of you. He needs direction, just like kids. You need to have some peace of mind and allow him some freedom. You teach him bounderies, allow him to nose around in certain areas but to stay away from others. Once a day, when you're out in the mornings, inspect the fence line, make sure there's no breeches, do this with CZ and when he gets to an area that's not O.K., you can do that thing with your voice that sounds like a sharp clearing of the throat. That gets their attention!

They so want to please you, make it easy for them by teaching them. It's an on going thing, not just for a certain period of time......just like kids.<g>
