ET Raytheon not aware of SEC investigation (RTN) 35.00 delayed: Responding to press reports today that the SEC is investigating accounting practices by Raytheon, co says it is unaware of any such investigation. RTN has been advised by the SEC staff that the investigation commenced by the SEC into the engineering and construction business on May 2, 2001, which was previously disclosed, has been closed without action. Sold @37 how did you know? <g> They report today, probably reason for tankage. I will rebuy... Fred
