Many people are bailing out mutual funds...redemptions in progress...old money is leaving and not enough new money to prop up the house of cards...

Pretty good sized H&S top formed on Naz over past few days (see 5 min chart). Draw neckline from yesterday's low to today's low (around 1373 at close today). Measures down to around the 1325 area depending on where we break.
