I don't know how you quantify it but the CEO is a crook. I'm not waiting till he pleads. The jury is still out on the GC but he's been booted. If you think the CFO and Controller were not in on it then you have to ask how competent are they to not know about it. My feeling is part of Boyles investigation is to boot the CFO without triggering the severance deal.

I expect the company to be audited by the IRS. This can take a couple of years. I also expect the company violated the transfer pricing sections of the internal revenue code. It will be a long time but @ this point (what do they have 300 foreign companies / trusts set up in the past 4 years) the odds don't look good for the company or its shareholders.

As for the value managers after the 18 year bull they are being reacquainted with value. TA wise the stock gave plenty of warning AND it gave a second opportunity in the 30's.

The true value managers like Buffet and Templeton also make mistakes.
