I hate to say it, but it sounds like a form letter to me.

Rep. Paul asked the questions no one wanted to hear: Why is BubbleBoy continued to debase the currency, even after demonstrable bubbles have formed and burst in multiple speculative vehicles? He also asked BubbleBoy if the Fed trades in gold, and BubbleBoy flatly denied it, then was saved by the bell before he could elaborate further. What should have been asked is: when has an audit last been done inventory the Fed's and Dept of Treasury's gold holdings? Given the tendency of the CB's to debase the currency in acquiescence to political pressure, shouldn't a fractional gold reserve-based currency be considered? Of course, BubbleBoy would then make some lame assed joke about oxen or wampum being the store of value, but at least it could've gotten aired...
