I'd have tried to handle the situation you described. No matter how good a set-up looks, the trade can still go against you.

Glad to see folks here are willing and able to answer such questions. I've so little time to post, it's not something I can do but once in a while.

Sometimes losses are more harmful to the ego than the pocketbook. In this volatile market it is best to limit your losses and "pig" your gains.

All I want to know is the "point spread" for tomorrow. (vbg)

FWIW, DY closed @ $9.99, exactly where I sold it and BELOW support-now-resistance. This reinforces my view that I was correct to sell.
