Al, the briefing.com note made it sound like new news and no doubt affected the stock. Brian is right: it's better to keep the officials honest. Brian is not upset about the statement but about the way he found it.

G is absolutely correct in saying that Brian is not upset about the statement but about the way he found it.

This is a matter of fair play plain and simple. Everyone should have equal access to information which may move the price of a stock. This is the law. Am I upset when the appearance of a company breaking this law occurs? You bet I am and rightfully so.
