Let's see. Put OMD into humor challenged pile also.
Have to cut you in half to do that Sorry. I'm sure you'll forgive me, though. Not my fault. Yours.

Actually, I never said this was Clinton's fault. I did say that if he wishes to claim credit for the economic boom, then he gets painted with this too. Fair's fair.

AG? Yeah, hard not to blame him. He controlled the money spigot.

Your "It's everyone's fault" argument? This is like blame a bunch of alcoholics for getting drunk when the corner decides to give its liquor away- -knowing the neighbors are all alcoholics. Yeah, maybe the bums should have resisted temptation. And maybe the bartender should have kept control of his stock. Only an idiot could claim not to know the consequences.

So that last chart, the only one that in part captures government behavior, merely shows that the debt being run up by players other than the Feds continued to escalate during the bubble years.
That's like blaming the stumbledrunks for not wanting more booze after you've already got them soused.

I prefer to stick to blaming him for all the horrible stuff he did, and not saddle him with things he wasn't responsible for.
Such as?
