Bottoms are made because there are no sellers left. Buy on despair, sell on hope.. (Buy low and sell high) All the classic ingredients for a bottom are there: 1)High level of disgust. 2)Lack of confidence. 3)Capitulation by institutions. 4)High level of public shorting and huge open short interest. 5)Pervasive Member accumulation. 6)Bearish sentiment abounds. 7)Fear, Uncertainty and Despair.
