Good point. There is most likely a difference between the schedule of cash flows on Tax and GAAP bases.

$180 MM loss and something like $300 MM in pre-tax losses (all rounded of course) yields something on order of 40%.

Where did you get this number 40% yield? Was it from the conference call?
