I don't really see any cost reduction due to 130nm. Fewer wafers will be needed to produce the same number of CPUs, but AMD is well below capacity, so I don't know where the cost savings would come from, unless some selected layoffs or forced vacations are possible.

There would ba a significant per unit cost reduction if AMD went from full capacity at .18u to full capacity at .13u, with increased number of units produced. But that is obviously not happening. What .13u will do for AMD is hopefully more competitive parts, and potential to produce more parts, if there is demand for them. But there is no additional demand.
