BGR, recurrent principles of prudent behavior are pervasive all over the world and at all times. It does not have to do with predicting the future. It has to do with looking at current realities.

You would do better to use more words of one syllable and not words that hold lots of syllables.

Do you want to be well to do, or do you just want to be a nuisance?
