Well cleveland is pretty easy to do a charachter assination on. Take a look athe oklahoma dept of corrections home page and search for him. 2 Priors, a 10 year jail term of which he served 2 for drug trafficking if my memory is correct, which at this age is not a given.

Gov Bush's daughter jailed in Orlando in drug case By Doris Bloodsworth Orlando Sentinel Posted July 17 2002, 2:36 PM EDT ORLANDO -- Noelle Bush, daughter of Governor Jeb Bush, was booked into the Orange County jail this morning for contempt of court. Judge Reginald Whitehead, head of the adult drug court in Orange County, ordered Bush held for 72 hours without bail for failing to comply with a requirement of the drug court program. That requirement was not clear. Court officials said Bush had transferred to Orange County's drug court program last month in connection with her arrest in January at a pharmacy drive-through window in Tallahassee. Authorities said she tried to buy the anti-anxiety drug Xanax with a fraudulent prescription. She was admitted to an undisclosed drug treatment center in February, with the possibility that charges would be dropped if she successfully completed the program. Gov. Bush on Wednesday sent an e-mail to reporters notifying them of his daughter's lapse and expressing sadness. "My family is saddened to share that our daughter Noelle has not abided by the conditions of her drug court treatment plan," Bush wrote. "Unfortunately, this happens to many individuals even as they continue their journey to full recovery. "There are consequences for every action we take in our lives, and as her parents, Columba and I wish we could have prevented our daughter from making the wrong choices," Bush said. "We love Noelle, but she is an adult, and I respect the role of the courts in carrying out our state's drug treatment policies," he wrote. The prosecutor who originally handled Noelle Bush's case said the case had been transferred to another county, and he wasn't aware of the development. "Generally if a defendant does not successfully complete drug court then you're back to square one," said the prosecutor, Owen McCaul.
