Exactly so. With Peter Sellers playing something like 7 of the characters.
In that it is an over-the-edge satire about what happens if one thinks a country has the world's most destructive weapon, i think i still would hold today.:) max p.s. but the scene that to this day sticks in my mind is when they(the Grand Fenwickians) , from their little vessel attacked the Queen Elizabeth OceanLiner with bows and arrows.LOL!, that was a sight gag!
