softechie, Raymond Duray was tossed off SI? Why was he banned, and how do you know? To be clear, I'm not coming to his defense, and won't miss him. I'm just surprised that SI still has some standards and someone to enforce them, and that his mostly harmless paranoid scrambled weirdness violated those standards, whatever they may be. Is JLA banned as well, do you know? I tend to associate those two -- although they are apparently politically rather opposite.
