you're so optimistic about intel dominance once more, eh? :-)) Here is something to consider, intel came below expectations even after warning. By itself it is not a big deal but considering that in the past whenever Intel was warning they were setting targets below what they actually expected. See my point? Of course not, I really do not expect you to. <gggg>
Now amd, the results are fairly bad and probably would get even worse next quarter but amd's hammer is getting unusually strong support. In fact hammer's support is the same as Itanium's but Itanium was out for more than a year and hammer is not going to be in mass production yet for another tow quarters.
Intel is borrowing so much against the future so soon it would have a national defecit similar to US but without a tax revenue. Maybe Intel would start taxing shareholders, what do you think? <ggggg>
