YES !!!

The implications of the end of options culture are profound. Currently, as you know, the big debate is about the expensing of these options. I think that the argument will be rendered moot as employees begin to shun options and demand increased pay. This increase in "costs" will hurt earnings and set to rest the debate.

After all, in reality these options were always income and always an expense.
