comparing Allen's investment in Charter vs. MSFT

Allen reminds me of that old Hollies song, "He's King Midas in Reverse", a real loser with his investments (and a total ass for screwing the Washington taxpayers to pay for his football stadium).

I'm going to keep a close eye on MSFT today and will probably jump in and buy some OTM calls this afternoon (most likely MSQGK's) to play for the earnings pop that I think will occur.

Regards, JB

<< Suppose you could do a chart comparing Allen's investment in Charter vs. MSFT in the time that he has chosen to sell his MSFT. >>

It wouldn't look pretty for Allen's investments. He is a perfect example of someone that was selling MSFT to buy smaller companies and he got slaughtered in almost every case. He should have been doing the opposite, selling the small companies and buying MSFT.

What he really should have done, was wait until now and buy the small companies when they are penny stocks, not when they had PE's of 1000 +. Easy said in hindsight. <g>

IMO,
