reaper, usually I have the tv volume low and just glance at the ticker tape (on cnnfn). heard some English broge(sic?), turned around, raised the volume...Ronda Shapner (Market Call) has some English fellow - Matthew Bishop from the Economist as guest host, and he's painting a not so rosy picture (surprise!) and they were talking to a Merrill fellow in Europe about investing in the European markets. A sign of the future? <G>
