I haven't been to a Bears game in 30 years. I'd imagine the regular ticket holders would have the first shot followed by the U of I fans. If I see any for sale I'll let you know.

I did find this but registration is required for the full story-

Single-game tickets for 2002 home games at Memorial Stadium will go on sale July 20. But tickets for the Monday Night showdown with the Packers on Oct. 7 must be purchased along with the same seats to an additional designated preseason home contest.
