Well Jack, it's a start anyway.

VIX is forming a nice pattern of lower highs and lower lows. But it's not a very long pattern- as you say.

There is certainly no rush to buy here amongst the majority. If you've ever attended many auctions- then you can verify that the best buys are gotten when you're the only bidder. The worst buys come when you have many that want the same property. Sounds alot like the stock market, eh?
