I saw that dividend increase on ACAS just today-- I missed it when it was announced (7/11). So it looks like I missed a couple of subsequent opportunities to get the stock in the $25+ range. Annualizing the dividend, I get$2.64/sh. Better than a 10% yield. finance.yahoo.com A little scary as to why investors haven't jumped all over the stock. I might be an interested buyer of more though if/when stock drops under $26 again.

Grommit Thanks for ACAS heads up. ALD just announced .56 vs prior Q Div of .55...far more modest than ACAS but I really don't like the insider selling at ACAS since it's a bit of a black box like ALD. I'm still in ALD, but won't try ACAS till I see a signficant shift in insider activity.

I'll add a little to my position in ACAS on today's drop. It has been extensively analyzed on Yahoo; I've come to believe the long position rather the the short. Short-sellers say funding of "dividends" comes from, or necessitates, continual new stock issuances (Ponzi scheme). (Dividends in quotes, because, as you know, ACAS is a Business Development Company in which it is earnings, if any, that are delivered to the stockholders, not the classic distributed-amount-after-taxes classic definition.)
