Yeah, it's funny how they keep discipline too. The teachers speak very quietly and do this 5-4-3-2-1- thing...

Tough to explain, but it works really well. They have almost no disciple problems. Never been a fight. The worst thing I've heard happen is a child spoke rudely to another child. He was immediately taken to task.

The thing I believe which makes it work so well is all the kids come from a Montessori pre-school program. So they know the disciple style and respond accordingly. You actually have to have a written recommendation from a Montessori school during the application process. There's also an interview phase for the parents and children. As well as a developmental analysis.

It was easier getting into my Masters program! :)

England sounds like fun. Especially for someone who loves soccer the way you do. We've been planning a 3 week vacation to Italy next June. Looking forward to seeing the old country again.
