Eric, I listened to the last part of the webcast incl the Cingular presentation. Maybe capacity and the difference between CDMA/GSM isn't such a big issue after all. I have often wondered, given the large size of USA, a very developed road system and a comparatively small population - if maybe the build-out cost for basic coverage in a nationwide system is the the dominating factor, not capacity. I mean, after all you have to build all these overlapping cells just to get some basic coverage along roads and around small cities. Capacity problems/issues occurs in big cities or along hectic interstate highways, right? After a couple of mergers, some 3G build out, maybe capacity in the U.S. will be a moot issue for the next decade or so?

Just found the time to listen to it. You still think Ryasavy's part of the webcast--the main course--was "good"?
