Fact: SEC says no evidence of wrongdoing.

Fact: SEC chose not to prosecute.

Fact: SEC issued no action letter at Bush's request.

Fact: Under our Constitution( which some of us still respect even after 8 years of Clintonism) Mr. Bush is entitled to the presumption of innocence.
