When do these guys stop telling people the bottom has reached?!!

From
cbs.marketwatch.com

"This looks to us more like a bottom than a top in equities -- and more like a top than a bottom in bonds," said Donald Straszheim, president of Straszheim Global Advisors. "Now is the time, we believe, to favor equities, not to flee from them."

He's seconded by Banc of America Securities, which this week raised its equity allocation to 60 percent from 55 percent. The brokerage noted that the median price-to-earnings ratio has fallen to less than 17 from 20.5 in the spring. B of A also cut its bond exposure to 30 percent from 35 percent of assets, which is invested in inflation-protected treasury bonds. Cash remains at 10 percent.

As long as these guys keep on talking, the chances of actually hitting the bottom becomes lesser and lesser....
