Yup. Investigating the flood of tips that TIPS is likely to produce should require a large increase in the number of cops.

Of course, that means a large increase in taxes to pay for those cops.

So you get a lot more people watching you and what you do in your life. And you get a large increase in gov't budgets. And conserevatives are FOR this?????
