Israel made an exceptionally generous offer and as President Clinton said, Arafat was unwilling to make any compromises and was never interested in peace. Arafat has since admitted his mistake, as have many Palestinian moderates.

Scum is a primitive tribesman who has difficulty with the concept of universal justice and human rights. His statement implies that justice, truth, right and wrong are all irrelevant values when it comes to Jewish causes like Zionism and Israel!
