Then racism is defined as: Having a preference or liking for people of one's own race.

That's fine with me, because if anyone ever calls me a racist, I'll know it's certainly not a shameful thing.

You're right.

PC says blacks can't be bigoted. And women can't be sexist.

This is because PC defines bigotry and sexism in terms of power inbalance. Bigotry and sexism work only downwards, not upwards.
