I agree that it's not time to pop the cork, but IBM's eps was only .03 this quarter. The market is still iffy....

It's in line with expectations, and they're generating cash. Clearly they could have slashed headcount and shown a profit, but they've made the decision to maintain the company intact. You can disagree with that decision, and apparently do, but that's the way they've chosen to play it. The recourse of shareholders is to sell (which they are apparently doing after hours).
