Wooo! That sounds very very sour. I make homemade lemonade and limeade. Professional cooks make a simple syrup and add it to the juice and water to taste. And it's easy: Boil equal parts sugar and water, stirring until sugar dissolves. Let cool. This simple syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for weeks and can be added to lots of things.
