No dilution, just like we've been explaining to you for months now. NO dilution. Next time you post about the "massive dilution", we get to point this out to you, right.

uhhh, when you repurchase shares you lower dilution, but in MSFT's case they just lowered it...., they had 5,406 million basic shares this year, up from 5,341 million basic shares last year this time... so that is another 65 million shares added to your basic share count.... not as bad as last year, but still dilution..... you really need to catch a clue someday....

so you still had some dilution.... but hopefully in a few years or....more like 4, you will not..... course then that column under cash flow, where they added Tax credits back in from these dilutive instruments will also dry up.... along with the exercise amounts added to cash flow.....

imagine in 3 or 4 years when people notice MSFT's cash flow turn down...... actually it looks like it might happen sooner.....
