With respect to the Dow still being too high, I found the charts in the latest FallStreet Editorial quite interesting. They simply compare the rise since 1990 in the GDP, the Dow and the Nasdaq... GDP +90%, Dow +250%, Nasdaq +250% even after the recent partial deflation. Either we have one helluva New Era of productivity and reduced equity risk, or two of those 3 indexes are likely to adjust quite a bit further down...
