Wasn't 'no BK for 70 days' part of the deal judge signed??? In any event, if BK is viable option, wouldn't it be wise to dump the stock now rather than get nothing later??? I think the stock holders are going to get screwed big time! regardless of pending lawsuits!! MHO! Comments??? fns
