It seems to me that the 'best' argument you have going for you has to do with the FBI being hopelessly corrupt and out for personal vengeance against Elgindy. Your defense of Elgindy requires that you impugn the honesty of the FBI. You have a tough task ahead of you. Keep in mind that the FBI arrested two of their own so we're certainly not talking about a 'traditional' frame-up here. Since this did involve two FBI agents my bet is that the Feds crossed all the T's and dotted all the i's on this one.

It'll be interesting to see if Elgindy's attornies pursue the same strategy that you have mused openly about.
