I don't know if you saw reaper's post over on cfz-e last night, but he mentioned that he thought Seibel might be dogging it to drive down the competition too. I thought that was a great observation (despite the fact of incredible weakness in software end use), and would make Tom Seibel a far sighted Machiavellian genius if he is truly convinced of his Company's continued existence. CRM software, as a product, is a whole otehr can of worms...pffft. -dave
