I'm not talking about psft's margins. I'm talking about sebl's margins due to competition from psft.

As far as psft: What are they offering? Are they offering any vendor financing or stock warrants? Sometimes there is more than numbers on a paper that are involved.

I have no idea what they are offering, but if they are replacing sebl or winning deals over sebl, there must be a reason. Maybe it's just a friendlier customer service department or less hard sell. (That's how symc started taking back share from Network Associates years ago when Bill Larson was still in charge at Net).
