Dear blankmind: I dont know, but SEC has decided to take a HARD LINE on this and not allow any twisting room, I understand there is a lot of liability, including personal liability, involved. Accounting being so complex today, I imagin there will be a lot of handwringing on the part of CEO's of complex organizations. I see that some have posted Bermuda corps exempt. I dont know that either, but hard to imagin considering some of our WORST SCANDALS (gblx) are in fact Bermuda Corps. JDN
