You seem to have some excellent, well-thought out, organized, coherent arguments and strategies. Perhaps you should write to the defense counsel rather than cluttering this board and alerting the public here to these gems. The element of surprise could theoretically help the defense. You should offer your services to defense counsel. Weren't you the one who was talking about a fund? Your observations would probably be just as valuable as the likely funding raised here.

If the plaintiffs take unfair advantage by

bogging down defense attorney with tons of expensive and time consuming discovery, subpoenas...just because they know the defendant has very little money, it will be a very sad day for the justice system. Here they take all his assets, keep him in jail so he can't work to support his family so he loses the rest of his assets, just so he has no funds for an attorney. If they bog down an attorney hoping that he says "hey, no more gratis work. I'm outta here," that will be a very, very sad day for our country. I sure hope the judge doesn't turn over the list of assets to the fbi or plaintiff's. That would be unfair advantage though I'm sure they're betting that they've done a good job of breaking him now.
