Thanks Myth Man, I feel better now knowing that Uncle Sam will not come in and squeeze my short positions, and use my own tax dollars to do it to boot. Is this is a great country or what?

MM,

I don't have a clue if the PPT is a myth or not.. But just the idea of it out there, props the market. Nobody wants to pile on big down days to make huge down days with the thought that maybe the PPT will step in. I do not ever see strong denial by the Feds or the brokers that it doesn't exist.. I think they want the idea alive..

Good luck..

c

PS..BTW, I wish they would step up to the plate now.. and run the Q's up a couple of points in the next four hours..to save my 10 calls at .55 so I can go somewhere next week.... <g>..

The Wall Street Journal is such a mean old rag. Next Christmas they will probably run a feature story proving that Santa Claus does not exist.-G-
